I wouldn't call it blown out of proportion if he just imagined killing the teacher, if it was blown out of proportion then your friend has an incredibly boring life... with that said, its so much more than i have ever done in flash... so good job so far.

You need to vary the targets more... they move too slowly. I could just sit there and wait for them to get poised and ready and click(?) them down.
You kinda need a gun, just a little hand kinda puts you off.
Sound is also very important, you need to put some sound in there.
You could have at least made the effort to draw the dude's face, drawing over a photo is just plain tasteless. It looks crap. Then the audio... what went wrong there? sounds like you wanna be a girl.
Then why in the name of all that is good in this world did you draw him screwing another dude??! Sick bastard.
Was he not in jail? where did he get that gun?
Was that story actually going anywhere?! it was a loop wasn't it? it got very repetitive after a bit.
it needed a storyline or something,good graphics though
